  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Definition of terms:

1.1.1. Website — the website https://pay-center.com.ua, as well as a set of web pages accessed through the website https://pay-center.com.ua

1.1.2. Company — «FINANCIAL COMPANY «PAY CENTER», LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, EDRPOU code (National State Registry of Ukrainian Enterprises and Organizations) 37878674, a legal entity that owns and operates the Website in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

1.1.3. User — any individual who uses the Website and the services for which the Website is created in their own interests or in the interests of persons for whom they are a parent or guardian or trustee.

1.1.4. Personal data — information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified.

1.2. This Privacy Policy is a set of legal, administrative, organizational, technical and other measures taken by the Company to ensure the confidentiality and protection of the Users’ personal data, except when such information is personally and knowingly disclosed by the Users.

1.3. The use of the Website by the User means his/her acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User’s personal data. 3.1. The User has all the rights to protect his/her personal data as provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

7.1 This Regulation shall come into force from the moment of its publication on the Website and shall remain in force until it is amended and/or supplemented or restated.

Users have the rights under the current legislation of Ukraine, which provides for access to personal data that is being processed, the right to correct, delete or block such personal data, as well as the right to prohibit certain actions regarding the processing of such data.
